With 19 years of experience in data across various industries and global locations, Pinder Johal currently resides in Melbourne, Australia, where she leads the Data Management Office at GHD as a GHD IS Executive. In this role, she drives data ownership and strengthens enterprise data management practices across people, processes, technology, and data to support regulatory compliance, promote the ethical use of data, and enable smarter ways to leverage data.
