Forum Mission and Alignment

The Women Data Professionals' mission is to create a community that supports Women in the field of data and assists in their development and promotion to leadership roles. The site will provide background and educational material and is meant to be a place where women and men who are interested in this topic can exchange ideas and network. It will highlight and celebrate the accomplishments of women in the field and will provide information on upcoming events of interest to the community.

Member Spotlight Interview – Dr. Manuela Veloso, J.P. Morgan

The Women Data Professionals team was pleased to recently interview Dr. Manuela Veloso. She is the Head of AI Research at J.P. Morgan, and a well-known, award-winning international expert in AI with extensive experience in academia, currently serving as Herbert A. Simon the University Professor Emerita at Carnegie Mellon University. Watch the video interview of Dr. Veloso with WDP members Dr. Salla Franzen and Dr. Archana P.
