Activity reporting is a condition of the Authorized Partner Addendum. Complete the form quarterly at minimum — or before key engagements begin.

Thank you for being an active member of the EDM Association Partner Program. Your engagement is what makes this community strong. As part of the program, partners are required to report DEP, DCAM, and CDMC-related client activity to help us recognize your work and align support.

Key Policy Obligations for All Partners

Membership in good standing: Addendum terminates automatically if membership lapses. All EDMA IP use must cease immediately upon termination.

Certified staff: All assessment personnel must be certified on the most current major release. Existing staff have 120 days to complete the new exam when a new version is available.

Assessment platform: All assessments must use the EDMA platform — tracks count, client name, tier, and captures anonymized benchmark data.

Pre-commencement reporting: Report planned assessments to EDMA within 30 days of agreeing to perform. Failure to notify is grounds for breach.

Books and records: Maintain complete records of all engagements, fees, and payments. EDMA may conduct bi-annual audits with reasonable advance written notice.

Trademark use: EDMA name and badges may be used solely for authorized partner marketing. Any broader use requires a separate written agreement.

Term and renewal: One-year term, auto-renewing annually. Either party may decline renewal with written notice at least 60 days before expiration.

Access to DCAM v3 is member-gated. Partners need at least one DCAM v3 Certified staff member to access scoring workbooks.
