I bring experience in information technology, retail, and construction industries, along with a comprehensive understanding of data management and process improvement best practice frameworks, customer service, communication, and technical issue resolution.
My passions are people, data, and storytelling. I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009 with a B.S. in Decision Science and a minor in Professional Writing. I spent some time pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. During my time at Carnegie Mellon, I was fortunate to work with several leading Behavioral Economists. Working in the Decision-Making Labs at Carnegie Mellon, my interest in the power of storytelling with data began.
In my role as Member Support Manager at EDM Council, my responsibilities include engaging with our members. As a senior member, I provide strategic guidance to EDM Council Members and Management on the issues and opportunities within the member firms.
